. My unowned growth > My unowned egos > My unowned ideas > My unowned consciousness > My unowned relationships > My unowned mental states . My archetypes [internal beings] . My projections . . My recalls . . My diminishment . My introjections . . My identifications . . My incorporations . . My internalizations . . My rejections . My eating the shadow . . Through dreamwork . . . . My anima/animus By facing your shadow you free up psychic energy. Your shadow is as easily as large as your personality. Unfaced, it will steal energy from your personality. It tends to live a life parallel to your own. The disowned parts of your personality become owned by your shadow. Sometimes it is referred to as the 'unconscious'. It continually applies pressure on the personality because of the psychic energy it contains.
